Default 2" lift kit installed.. Alighnment way off! Need help

Hey everyone. I just installed the 2" OME lift kit following this guide
http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-write-...ation-write-up
My issue right now is that my driver side wheel is not aligned with the passengers side, theres like a 10-15 degree difference. The steering wheel is way off but I'm aware at the end of the guide it explains it may be little off.
I'm curious why you need to unbolt the track bar? and when re bolting it, it doesn't say if the truck should be lowered or still on jacks at the time. Can anyone help me how to correct this off set so I can I at least safely drive to a mechanic for alignment?
Thanks and I promise I'll share some pics as I think truck looks fantastic with this lift.

The shaking kind of cycles thru the suspension parts. This kind of helps release any binding before you torque down the bolts. If there is any binding it could prematurely wear out the bushings, not letting all the parts line up properly, etc...

I fixed the issue and all is good. Had a friend come and do the turning of the steering wheel so the bolt will line up for reinstalling the control arm. The reason the wheels looked off from each other as the wheels were quickly hand tightened so the forced turning of wheels to align made the look uneven. Phew! Stupid mistake but corrected. Luckily nothing fell off
I got adjustable control arms which I decided to bring to my mechanic as I thought if involves aligning so I didn't want to tackle that my self. The drive there was perfect but when I picked up my truck the steering wheel is on a 45 and wonders a lot while driving. Also on way back home going only 30-40km my traction control was going nuts ! So disappointed !! Bringing it strictly to an alignment place to fix all these problems. Don't feel comfortable bringing it to someone that does that kind of work.
Oh, and I'm surprised the truck still has the raking posture with this lift kit :/

Honestly the lift kit took me a whole day but at least I did a amazing job, I must say so myself . You pay professionals and sure they do it fast but damn is it lousy!
Really pisses me off

Readjust your steering wheel it's incredibly easy and that's the reason why your brakes are kicking in

It's true it does come just over 3"
Stupid traction control light started blinking now it's solid on. The ESP light is on now. That mechanic totally screwed everything up. I think he installed the trac bar while hoisted and he didn't even test drive it. I'm waiting at an alignment place right now and hope they can fix everything.

Installing the trackbar while hoisted is ok as long as they didn't tighten it up, it should be tightened while on the ground however this wouldn't have anything to do with the ESP

Ok alignment is complete and drives so much better. My traction control light and ESP light remains on. I'm glad it was a jeep guy doing the alignment and he said that doing the alignment won't fix that problem and he never seen that problem after putting a lift kit.
My dash is a Christmas tree with TMPS, traction control and ESP ! I'm ok with the TMPS but what caused the other two and how do I fix it.
