Even 2" will take you a week to get used to, probably not much difference but your center of gravity is a bit higher, those exit ramps will feel a bit different till you get a feel for it.
I went from a 2.5" BB to a 3" OME lift and it felt pretty odd at first, now it feels normal, and no different than before, it's all relative.

Define "handling"? Are you inqiring on ride quality or steering responsiveness?
I installed RC 2.5 BB month half ago. Ride quality is stiffer then stock Sahara ride, but steering is similar to stock.
No "flightyness" as described by some. That may change if a lift n tire combo is tossed together as a wider tire may "grab" a bit more at roads imperfections.
