I would highly suggest cutting that rear pinch seam before it slices thru your tire like a razor. Notice the lines of the poison spyder fenders vs. the seam.

What does this have to do with the OP's question?? The OP asked about running a 2" lift with 37's.

The answer is yes nothing else you can 2" spacer trim the pinch seam and fenders throw 37s on and roll

I have bumpstops on order already and as far as wheeling there's not much around here but the beach and small dunes and that's about it so it won't be wheeled hard

I guess I mainly want to know how long will the stock driveline hold up at normal road and slight offload conditions

37's, 2.5" spacer lift, flat flares, trimmed pinch seam, stock CA's and shafts. No rub, no issue.

In my very first post I stated that with flats, 2" coils, proper bumpstops, and reasonable trimming of the sheet metal one could easily and successfully run 37's on 2" of lift for all applications, DD and trail use. Right from the start.

Next you pointed out vengeance, which someone followed with stating it was stretched. I felt it was necessary to point out that that is not a fair comparison, especially since vengeance has significant body alterations such as high line front fenders and a comp cut rear.

Adding a stretch to the equation for the OP does not make the answer any simpler. A stretch is extremely useful in terms of rear departure angle and vertical climb capability, but requires significant body alteration.

To the OP, I you want to run 37's with 2" of lift, you can with a quality 2" coil spring, likely stock control arms all around (maybe adjustable front lowers for caster correction), flats, proper bumpstop extensions, appropriate length shocks, and some sheet metal love with a cutoff wheel and grinder.

Shit, maybe I am ranting now...
It's cool man, its hard to tell how someone is talking over a forum. My bad if I came off like a Dick.
