Default 2.5BB Teraflex Questions

I got my 2.5BB Teraflex installed and I love it. I do notice that on both the back wheels that the brake lines are touching the shock absorbers. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Also I have this msytery part, that came with the lift,

I think the Teraflex instructions sais something about it, but I seemed to have misplaced the instructions. This part also does not exist in the JK-Forum write-up on the installation of the lift. So therefore I have this part left over. What is it for?

Yep, the brake lines do touch the shocks. The mystery part is your rear trackbar relocation bracket. There should be two bolts and a spacer with it too.

Edit: See THIS THREAD

Umm those rear links should be installed on the inside and not the outside. Unless you have aftermarket rims or wheel spacers. Instructions can be downloaded here: http://www.teraflex.biz/installsheet...st_install.pdf

That may explain my wobble above 30mph...

I'm on it!

If you put a wrench/pliers on the brake extender bracket and give it a little bend the brake lines won't rub on the shocks anymore.

Ok, i fixed the back end sway bar links. i installed them on the inside. Then I put on the track bar relocation bracket (mystery part).

But I still have bad vibration in the front end over 30mph. It feels like I have a flat tire. Anybody know what might cause that?

Is it triggered by a bounce in the road? or does it just always happen over 30?Usually speed related vibrations are from an out of balance tire or driveline. I always blame tires first though. Did you have any vibration at all before you lifted it?

Also double check your front track bar, make sure the bolt is torqued to 125ftlbs.

Yup, fixed the problem. Front track bar wasn't tight enough. Runs like a dream now.

Thanks.
