I haven't seen this in any of the threads before.
Is it true.
I have a 2008 Sahara with 18" rims. Do I need them?????
If you are going to trade out the sway bar connects then yes. They send bar connects that are mainly made for the rubicon's disconnecting sway bars. You don't HAVE to install them on a Sahara. But if you do, you need spacers because the top of the bars(in the rear) will hit your wheel. I used 1-1/4 spacers and the where fine. Besides, it gave the Jeep a broader stance.

Ignore the new wheels and tires shots

If you look I have before and after shots of the lift and spacers. You really can't tell a difference with or without them IMO.

This is the only pic that I have online at the moment. This focuses on the track bar which is on the Passenger rear side. This is at normal ride height. If you look close you can see that the sway bar link bolt has been cut as well.
