Here's a pic of my JK with a 2.5" RK lift on 33" Boggers. Eventually when these wear out I will move up to 35s. The lift netted me 3"

Thanks for the replys, I got the rough country 2.5" coils and shocks, guess i will go with the 35"s. I guess if its to tight i can allways put some spacers on. Thanks again for the replys.

My wife got me a 2.5 lift for Christmas an I was looking at 33's, now I think I might hace to much space between the fender and tire. Any one have pictures of a 2.5" lift with 33"s?
Not all lifts/tires are equal in height. So there will be some slight variations when you look at the pics. Also, angle perspective in photos can make things look quite different. But don't think that 2.5" lift is too big for 35's. It's fine for on road driving, but for off road you will likely rub your fenders during articulation, and hence, will need to cut your fenders. Even if you go with 33's, I would still get at least a 2.5" lift, unless you only do dirt roads and don't ever wheel in rocks.

It also depends on the weight of a new front bumper and winch and on the back a different bumper with a larger tire weighing more.

to me that is the perfect stance. I like seeing a little air between the fenders and tires and that is what I would call ideal.

You can almost run 33s stock... Why get a lift if you want to run 33s just get a leveling kit and call it a day

x2, but if this comment was for the OP, I believe his wife already got the 2.5" lift already. For me I wanted to get a lift that could still accommodate 35s, but chose to run 33s for a while....

I'm doing the same thing

3" lift with 33's for now

When those run down, or I really feel the need to goto 35's I'll be prepared
