I'm considering the same set-up, interested in your thoughts?

I know it's not the case but every time i see the 2.5 AEV it looks stock in photo's. however in real life you're like "oh-wait, yea that's a good height."

+ 1 for AEV 2.5'' XT

If mainly used on road, use the geometry correction brackets, it will handle like a sport car

X2 on that! I love my aev 2.5" lift. The brackets definitely dialed in the handling. I see 40+ miles a day and drive like an animal. This kit allows me to keep doing it!

Now I just have to come up with a viable excuse to pitch to my 4'11" wife as to why I need 37's now....and how having to manually hoist her in will ultimately benefit her coolness factor

Its a great height for what I use it for. Its my wifes DD and family wheeler/camper. Its not too tall but it still can run trails like Fins N Things, Top of the World and Hells Revenge without any problems.

I dont like the correction brackets but lower adjustable arms really work well. I dont have anything but good things to say about the Synergy lower arms and Johnny Joints.

Regardless of whatever lift you get, spend a tad bit of money on it. Either get a cheap BB, or spend a bit and do it right the first time.
