I am running the TF 2.5 with TF shocks. 315/75/16 duratracs on 16x8 method wheels. II was rubbing front flares and rear, but after trimming the fenders down last night I have lots more room. Almost makes the 35's look small now
Next is to trim the pinch seam and rock rails this weekend and I should be good to go.

35s no lift is 100% doable on road. Ran the set up for 6 weeks. Just a few very minor rubs.
Now have 35s w/ 2.5 lift. It looks good, no rubbing, adequate for most trails. Flex is somewhat limited, but not horrible by any means.
35s, 2.5 lift and flat fenders w/ proper bumpstops would be optimal in my opinion.
This is my experience based on a JKU.

What is this the resurrect once a year thread?
Pretty sure 2.5" lift with 35's is ok. I guess if you must post your pride and joy there is always a show and tell section...
But wait, will it rub? or what size rims you go with.
