Thanks Sasquatch....you're correct it's all relative based on a combination of mathimatical algorithms and dimensions of tires, rim & lift size. I don't know what I just stated but it sounded good!!!

305/70/17--love em-all the benefits and none of the drawbacks of 33's or 35"-that comment is relative to the 2.5" bb or coil lifts--no rubbing and never the feeling of just a bit too small!

If you are asking which one, you will be sad you didn't go with 35s. You will always wish you went bigger.

Here are 35s with a 2.5" BB.

2.5" RC BB and 33" tires with 4.10 gears on a six speed. I think that the 35s would look better, but I definitely WOULD NOT want 35s and 4.10 gears and a Dana 30--and I live in Oklahoma! I'd also consider it necessary to add a 1" BL to take care of the rubbing, and I'm not very keen on that idea, either.

Really depends on the BS of the new rims and width of your tires. I ran a 17x8with 4.5BS with 33x12.5R17 Cooper STT's for a while with no rubbing lock to lock in the front ....but where I had problems was nearing full flex off-road was the tires rubbed on the rear fender flares.....thus I went with a 2" kit to help with that issue.

If you went with a 33x11.5 and BS between 4.5 to 5" you will have no issues rubbing off-roading.

Quick Reply: 2.5" bb .......33's or go with the 35's?
