1st Mod to my JK
me and my dad installed the Daystar 1 and 3/4 inch front leveling spacer lift today. Start to finish took about an hour and half but could be done in an hour if you had your 19 mm wrenches and ratchets layed out....for some reason we weren't expecting to use metric tools. Very satisfied with the results, the jeep sits level and looks bigger in the front. Test drive went perfect and the ride was exactly the same as before the kit. I highly recommend this kit. Now I need to find some cool 33 inch tires that fit on 18 inch rims...and I need to find $1300 to pay for the tires. The driveway is slanted downhill so it still looks slanted but if you compare the front wheel wells you can see the difference.

yeah i guess most of these parts come from Canada, and they all use metric. i took me a while to find all my metric stuff to take my jeep apart to get my lights installed and wired... nice job on the leveling kit

Looking good. BTW, I was looking at spending $1300 for tires to fit on my 18" wheels too. But it didn't take me long to realize that I could drop down to a 16" wheel and tire combo and get a set of 5 for a few hundred more dollars. Also, if you stay with your factory wheels, you may have to spend another $200 for spacers once you get your 33" tires.
