17 inch steel wheels?????
I have a spare set of tires that I would like to mount to a set of steel wheels. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a set of simple 17" steel wheels. I dont want to spend much on these. I found some but the offset was like 4.225. Are there any out there. Where would be the best place to look. I already have a really nice set on my jeep but I need a simple set to mount these tire to. Thank You for your help.

Quadratec.com
local tire place
Cragar soft8s, simple clean balck steel rim. I think I paid $79.99 each from Quadratec in 2008.

I would say grab some stockers. I asked a tire & rim place once how many people ask to keep their old ones, he said maybe once a month. According to him, the shop actually pockets more profit selling peoples' old tires & rims than from selling and installing new ones. Virtually every customer leaves hundreds of dollars on the table for no reason.
Chances are, anyone here on the forum who buys a new Jeep is going to give away their stock rims to the tire shop. Ask around. Maybe they'd rather have your $20 per rim than nothing.
(I kept the stock rims and use 35's, and don't understand why people bother to spend money upgrading. The stockers are fine.)
