I say go 17. Should be easier to find tires and such and a bit cheaper. I like my combo

17's, definitely!!! Cheaper tires and better selection of tires whenever you need new ones. Also, a little less likely to get screwed up wheeling. (with just that little bit more sidewall!)

17s. I have 18" stock with 34's, but they were 200 bucks more than 17" radius ones all together. Just wasn't in my interest to pay another 900 for wheels at the time.

They are fine on the highway. Unlike some people I love the hum...especially when I am right at 70mph.

I have 18" tires and wheels now, but only got them because I picked up a used set for a really good deal. I will likely switch to 17" tires and wheels later though. As others have said, the 17s offer a better size selection at a cheaper price.
