I have love for 16's but the problem is if you decide later that you want to go bigger than 35 you can't. That's why I decided on 17's with 4.5BS I won't have to buy new wheels if I want to go bigger than 35's

My guess would be that if you're going to downsize wheels to save money on tires, 15s will save more money. But if you like 16s, rock em! They look great!

That's actually not true. You can buy larger tires on 16s. Military hummer tires are 37x12.5x16, as are most tired military vehicles. You can actually buy these from the military and it's relatively cheap. You can also buy market tires in 16s.
My guess would be that if you're going to downsize wheels to save money on tires, 15s will save more money. But if you like 16s, rock em! They look great!
