Default 15x8 Steel Wheels

Does anyone know why 15x8 steel wheels with a 5x5 lug pattern are so much more expensive than 5x4.5? I found 5x4.5's for $39.99 each. 5x5's are at least $92.99 each. It almost makes me want to buy some wheel adapters and go with the 5x4.5's...

Default Sorry

Idk what happened there... I typed in my question, but now it looks like it disappeared, anyways... I was wondering why there is such a difference in price when it comes to 15x8 steel wheels. I have found 5x4.5 for as little as $40 each. The 5x5's are usually $94 or higher. I made the decision to go with 15s because I like the look and the cost for tires will be much lower for me in the future. This
almost makes me want to get some adapters and run the 5x4.5's any info on the reasoning or advice would be appreciated.

Which steel wheels were you looking at? Extreme terrain has pro comp d window 15x8 5x5 with 3.75 back spacing for 65 each and I bought those same wheels from 4wp in July for 60 each. A little more then 39.99 but not much.
