I'm adding 35" duratracs and wondering if drivability will not be good. can i keep speed up hills and stuff? Re-gearing is so expensive and its my DD and i don't want to break anything. Thank you in advance for your inputs.

I've been running that setup for a year and it's fine for the flat roads around here. Up in the mountains, I wish I had a regear or a Pentastar. In any type of hilly terrain, the OD in the automatic is useless and you'll find yourself turning it off to keep the transmission from constantly shifting. This essentially makes your four speed into a three speed just like it was 1976 again.

I have the same exact setup. Mine is a manual with a superchip flashpaq with the tow tune so I feel no need to regear until I get 37s. At 60mph my rpms are exactly 2000 and at 70 about 2200. I am averaging about 16mpg between highway and city. Do I wish I had more acceleration and power escpecialy when coming out of first gear hell yeah but its a jeep whatcha goin do
. Also with that lift and those tires you should have plenty of room with stock flares but cant tell you for certain because my flares were cut before putting the lift on. Its a good setup and im very happy with it just gotta figure out how to stop this thing from pulling to the right
