What are the disadvantages of doing a body lift and does anyone have a pic of the “ugly gap” everyone mentions with body lifts

You'll rub some at flex, and possibly while hitting a speed bump. Is it an auto or manual?

Some people have had numerous problems with not being able to stay in gears. Because of the added height, you may need to cut your shifter boot and extend it.

I ran 35's on my 2 door with a leveling kit just fine...

...well, until I went off roading and knocked both of my rear fenders off that is.
But normal street driving you should be fine.
