Default 1.25 vs 1.5 spacers & grinding / Arctic stock Rubicon tires w/2.5 BB lift

I have a 2012 unlimited - Artic Package and I plan to keep the blk wheel + BF Goodrich Rubicons until I need to replace. I installed a Tereflex 2.5in BB and it is a perfect height for now. I'd like to bump out the stock wheels to look proportional to the lift as it looks slightly top heavy now. Questions: 1) Do I go 1.25 or 1.5 ? and 2) If 1.25 is recommended DO I need to grind the studs ?

is .25 inches even noticable ? as I know 1.5 eliminates the question of grinding.

Help !!!

Default Go 1.5"

I just did a 2.5" TF spring lift and didn't want the possibility of needing to grind the studs so I used the 1.5". They look great and they were cheaper too.

Curious about this, who suggested grinding with 1.25"? One of the manufacturers?
