Default *Need Advice* - Death Wobble

I have experienced DW over the last two weeks. It occurs at about 40 MPH, in anticipation for it I can drive through it by speeding up. I believe I have traced the problem to a 1st gen JKS track bar that was flexing a good amount and has now after a few episodes of DW, has made the holes in the frame on both ends two big for even a 9/16" bolt. My question is what should I do to try and resolve this problem? I can't go to a bigger bolt because the new TF track bar would not allow...

Thanks in advance,
Aaron

Can you get some type of bushing to place in there? Like with a drag link flip?

Excuse my ignorance, but I'm am not familiar with what your mentioning... I'm not sure i could get a bushing small enough to fit into space to take up what i guess is about 1/16" gap. Bushing would also have to be just the thickness of the frame as well, so bolt would still tighten against frame and not the bushing, correct?

If you really think it is the JKS Track bar...
Just get this JKS brace and weld it on over the existing Track Bar Bracket... Then put in a slightly larger bold that is shouldered...

Thanks for advice, I was thinking along those same lines... Like getting a machine shop to weld on four pieces of stock on all four sides with a 9/16" drilled hole. I just wanted to see if anyone had any other suggestions that I might be able to handle myself...

I had a death wobble episode a few years ago and here is what I did. I drilled out the TF Monster bar to 9/16ths. Very easy to do.
Then i put on a Poly Performance brace on the frame side. Very good product. On the axle side, i installed these little brackets from Tera Flex. Worked great and I still have a very tight setup a few years latter.

My first track bar brackets holes were larger than the track bar to, it created a slight shift. I recently went with a new one from rockkrawler and it fixed it.

Thanks for all the great info guys, I really appreciate it... I made some brackets out of some stock I had at work very similar to the TF bracket shown by F200... Worked very well, rig is solid with no DW now... Thanks again...
