Default Fort Sill Wheelers

Just got a 4 inch lift and some 35s on my JKU and dieing to get it in some mud but don't know any places where I can go, know a few spots on post but my luck I'll get tagged by the MPs. Anyone in the Southern OK or Northern TX area and know some good places to wheel?

You're kinda in an odd area unfortunately. If you're open to driving ~2 hours or so, you have Northwest OHV park in Bridgeport, TX to the south, and Arbuckle Off Road park over there by Mill Creek to the east.

Yup... not much there. SMORR (Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch in Seymour, MO) is about 5 hours east of you and is a great place to spend the weekend rock crawling. Very family friendly. Has camping, RV, or cabins.

Looks like I'm finding myself in the Red River area next Friday. Thinking of running up to check out Arbuckle Offroad around Troy, OK. Any interest at all?

Considering the reposes I got back in July, thinking not many alive in that area, and OK seems to be hard to find wheelin' locations. If you're ever up for a 2hr drive to the south, I'd be willing to hit Northwest OHV park in Bridgeport with you sometime. Old rock quarry area. There's a variety of stuff to do out there....leans a little more on the moderate to aggressive side over the years. Shorter trails with a lot of rock. Doesn't offer a ton in regards to dirt type trails as their creek bead "spiderweb" section is littered with some real nasty mud holes. I'd say it would be a worthwhile day trip if you were in to that sort of wheelin'.

How long are you down at Fort Sill? Bridgeport is just a little over an hour away from me, so as long as I have a couple days notice I'm typically fine. The only upcoming weekends I'd rule out at the moment are next weekend and September 16th.
