I think you'll probably be ok, and there are tire places within driving distance if something bad happens.
just trying to gauge the likelihood of tire damage and wondering if you guys thought it would be foolish to venture out without a spare. i was thinking about trying to get a cheap 35 (if there is such a thing) to put on my stock wheel to have as back up, but i hate to go buy a new tire when one is on its way. i'm okay with driving around town without a spare, but don't know about off-raod. maybe it will come in next week.

Default Bad news from Disney...

Bad news, mother nature has drenched us! Jack is already at Disney and he has told me that the rocks are underwater at this time. He will keep me posted in the next few days whether or not the area will be open next weekend. I will PM people involved once we make a decision if this run is a go or a no-go.

Default I won't be able to make it...

I was on funeral standby from the 1st to the 5th of July and now I have to be on a funeral detail on the 4th of July, so I won't be able to make it to this run.

I got a text from Jack, and he will check out Hogans sometime today or tomorrow to see whether the trails and rocks are accessible. I will keep this thread current.

hey guys, on bro-in-law's cellular wifi - things aren't looking good here. i've been lazy today and haven't gone over yet, but i'll check with russ hogan and the grda later today and see what the deal is.

the only thing it looks like we could do at this point would be play on the trails, but I would say most of the fun is under water. the thing is the trails are only accessible by grda roads...and i'm not sure if its legal for us to use them. that's what I gotta check on.

i'll try to post or call jason with more definitive news later this evening, but at this point I'd say you might want to start making alternate plans and we'll have to reschedule for later this summer.

bummer I know...nobody was looking forward to wheeling here more than me.

It's official...

I canceled the trailer i had rented for the weekend, And we are not going to be able to make it EVEN IF we were home.

I hate how plans get squashed at the last minute!

We still have TONS of Trout ready for the next big event.

BTW, OJT is still planning on their Disney run on the 11th... Maybe i will hook up with them?

Jeff (Torn) just called. He's as eager as Curtis and me to get out and wheel. We definitely need to set another date quickly. Maybe we also need to start thinking of an event down in southeast OK--Davebloomer has mentioned Clayton.
