Based on the following information on their website i assume you have to arrive NLT 7pm Friday or no earlier than 8am Saturday)
Arrivals after hours are not permitted. Gates are locked nightly. Access cards are given to
campers only.
Normal Business Office Hours & Trail Park Hours
Friday 9am - 7pm (Park & Office)
Saturday 8am - 7pm (Park & Office)
Sunday 8am - 5pm (Park & Office)

they seem pretty serious about some of their rules.
Here's one i found about late arrivals -
No arrivals after hours unless you are an annual member with the exception of special events. Gates are closed at office closing times.
Closing times may vary for special events. You will not be locked inside the park. After hours pull up to the exit gate and it will open. Non camping guests are not allowed in the park after riding hours.
Codes given to campers only. If you are a guest staying overnight and you let someone in the gate after hours who has not paid or signed a waiver you will be removed from the park and issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and the person you let in will be charged with theft of services and you will be issued a Criminal Trespass Warning.
We have night patrol staff on duty at all times as well as video surveillance which is monitored.
Hidden Falls is private property. Trespassing laws are enforced.
