Transmission Cooler

I just installed my tranny cooler. Adavance auto parts for $54.00. Took about an hour. My trans temp went from an average of 195 degrees to 152 degrees. Huge difference & great write up.

My B&M worked GREAT during my first big trip pulling a 19' trailer. Had a few climbs that tested the cooler and it didn't let me down. The gauge never got above 160 degrees, even when I forgot to take O/D off. DOH! When I realized it was on, I turned it off and the temp dropped right back down. Although 160 really isn't that hot so I was never in any danger. Big thumbs up to B&M

Thanks for the write up, installed mine today. I thought it odd that the B&M kit was so complete yet it was short two hose clamps. Regardless the install was easy thank to the write up.

I'm about to install a B&M supper cooler 70268 on my 2010 JKU... Question: has anyone has any pressure leaks at the connections over time?
Just checking before I cut?

I recently noticed that the lines I cut for the new tranny cooler are fine but the remaining factory line is leaking/weeping. Its not a lot but its def something that I want to fix what do you guys think would be the best way of going about this? Its coming from the factory flange but I know that they aren't going to touch it at the dealership since I modified the rest of the system. Any ideas?
