Woops
So now that I'm on night shift for a bit I decided to tackle this little project on my nights off. So yesterday I started and cut up the bumper. Things were going good and I just needed a few things from the hardware store to finish. I decided to tackle the rest tonight and was in tha garage trimming up the end caps to get them fitted when the razor knife slipped and I stabbed myself in the leg.
I think I'll finish another time. Lucky for me it seems I missed anything vital and stuck it right above my knee to the inside a little. I just got back from the ER with 5 stiches.
I feel like a real tool now and will never live this one down with my wife. First thought was how I just ruined a great pair of jeans.
So much for a cheap mod for me
Maybe I'll get some pictures up when I finish. Who knows when that will be but I figured this was worth sharing not only for a laugh but so others may be more careful than myself.

As promised. The end result and the aftermath. Wish I could find spiked screws.

Bumper looks great man.
Hope the leg is healing alright. Things like your accident run through my head every time I pick up a power or air tool at work ...
I've been waiting for a good rainy weekend to do my mid-stubby. All these great results really good my fingers itching =)
Keep up the good -pain free- work guys!
