TINMAN you rock! Thanks a million for posting this. Mine now looks just like the pic of the bumper lying in front of the fireplace above. I was going to try the bumper melt but the rivet one looks so cool! I decided that I am going to bed line the entire bumper. So this weekend it comes back off and gets painted...

Well I started on mine tonight. The first cut's the worst! lol I'm taking a break for the night and will finish up later tomorrow or this weekend. I took some pictures of my process as well. I can tell you, if I still had that damned rechargable skill saw I could have finally found a use for that low torque piece of junk. instead I angled the jig saw to cut through only the top piece of plastic. I just need to trim the outside pieces now. FWIW if I had to do it again I would cut the outside parts first then cut the insides. Would have been a bit easier.

I couldn't find any rivets so I'm going to use those panel fasteners that connect the fender liners to the body. I picked up about 30 at autozone today. I'll post pictures hopefully later tonight.
