Smitybilt XRC Armor Front Fenders and Rear Corner Guards

clearance specs
We are putting the same fenders and rear corner guards on my wife's Sahara. She doesn't want to lift it, and it is my job to figure out just how big of a tire she can run after we put the fenders on. Do you know if a 12.5x35 will fit after the fenders go on or will it be smaller with no lift? I would appreciate any info you can give me.

Question
I can only speak for the fronts right now. I run 12.5 x 33's and after I put on the fronts, it opened up the wheel well and it definitely looks like I can 35's without any issue at all. While looking at my rears, I have no reason to think 35's wouldn't fit. Hope this helps you.

fender clearance
Thanks for the info. I think I might start her out with a set of the 33's and see if she still wants to go bigger with the next set. Will definately post pics throughout the project when we get home from Afghanistan.

I just finished installing these on my 2010 Jk, the one largest time saver that I found is that the antenna will actually unplug at the fender,,,, just pulls right off with out having to dismantle the interior. Unfortunatly I discovered this after spending alot of time messing with the dash.....thanks for the write up it helped with my install. You are correct it took me two full days and I also broke my inner fender. I was trying to remove it after I realized it looks better textured side out....

I got mine for...
$399 shipped for front 76880
StreetSideAuto.com
$399 shipped for rears 76882

I had to get mine powder coated because they are not packed all that well (understatement of the year). They sent me a replacement front set and those were scratched as well. I'll just sell off the extra pair to cover the powder coating costs. I had front end damage on my jeep so it was a no brainer...these are far cheaper than replacement factory fenders/extensions/paint.
