I just actually went back and redid mine from black to a small amount of silver pieces since I've used silver accents on the outside of my Jeep. It added a nice touch and this is still one of the easiest mods you can do which provides such a dramatic effect.

I'm doing thes same pieces in Dozer color match, I just laid down the first coat... I've never done something like this, I'm really hoping I don't screw this up and make my interior look dumb.

Please post some pictures, I have a Dozer Jeep as well and I have considered this.

Stupid questions; where did you get the paint? I assume the dealer and how are you laying it down?

If you don't like it you can always plasti dip it black i suppose

I was worried about that too! I did 3 coats of paint and 3 of clear. The color didn't look right until I got the clear on it and it really made it pop. I like how it turned out. I stuck some nails in my fence and hung the rings on them so they were eye level and spun them around as I cleared to get even coats on them since they are kind of hard to spray on the ground and get it even.

I got a can of spray paint from quadratec. It turned out pretty good, but I think if I were to do it again I'd rough up the rings and the bar above the glove compartment with some fine sandpaper, the paint didn't want to stick to them too good. The door pieces were fine, but those scared me even after the first couple coats.
I may end up replacing them and doing it all over again just to get it perfect.
I'll go out and get a few shots of them at halftime, I gotta watch my Broncos.
