Ok pics #1 & 2 show where I cut the skirt trying to follow the body line as close as possible, I started from the bottom and worked up.
Pic#3 is where I temporarily zipped tied the skirt to the body...couldn't find my steel bit.
Pic#4 is the rear of the flare where I noticed some movement ie: flapping if you will. What I did was slice off a piece of the cutoff flare and slid it between the body and the rear of the flare...actually snug it up nicely. I then used some clear silicon and ran it the length of the flare for good measure then painted over everything with some underguard.
I am sorry if I missed anything but everything will go smoothly as long as Red's instructions are pretty much followed .
I also couldn't get real good pics because of the glare from the sun but if more are needed I'll help where I can.

I think I'm gonna chop mine when I can find a set of Non painted ones. Anyone know if there is a difference between the four door and two door ones

Did this last weekend, my trim edging started to sag off. It's only coming off in the corners so I bought a tube of 3m door edging adhesive seems to be holding up.

++ FREE MOD ++ Thanks Red!

I added a small led running board light under the fender as a side marker. Really turned out well.

That does actually look good, after cutting the flare I thought "damn, why didn't I just cut the flare differently to incorporate the led like the BW flats".
