To the people that cut there color matched Sahara fender, what did you use to cut the fender? I was thinking a drimel tool or an air grinder would work to keep from chipping the paint. So if someone could help me out before I go start cutting away.

Alright I took the leap and did this mod today. Took about 1.5 hours for the chop itself with a Dremel. Took about another 1.5-2 to modify the fender support structures up front. I also modded the front wheel well liners so I wont worry about kicking up mud and whatnot into my engine compartment. I added some door trim and used some wheel well undercoat to spray the rear wells/tub.
