I have to add super glue a few times a year just in a spot or two I will try and find this IPS weld on. Where do you buy it? Auto Parts store?

Thanks,

is there a better description of it? or part number?
It is sold at a place like an autozone or pepboys or napa auto parts. It is not at the hardware store. It is called stick on door trim. If you still can't find it let me know and I will post a link.

Planning to do mine tomorrow before the wife gets home from North Carolina! Has anyone used spray on bedliner on the flares? Think I saw that somewhere, but not sure. I just read through the whole thread, and I hate to ask this, but I can't remember the consensus. Is it necessary to remove the front liner when cutting? Is it possible to cut both at the same time? I plan to go somewhere between Red's lines and the g-string version. I'll probably call it the Thong Cut.....Seriously, though, I will be going fairly thin, so I'm not sure about the support needed. Any help/input would be appreciated.

If you have a good sharp razor knife you can tape off the lines, and get the blade deep a couple passes.

Continue down your line until the taped area is ready to crease off. Give it a few bends and it will snap off with a clean break. This way they are still on the jeep.

Now that the top fender is trimmed you can see inside the inner fender and the clip locations beneath.

This is just how i did it. Got the inners off and trimmed, sanded to the right shape. Smooth up curves on outer fender, ready to go. This plastic is very durable. Just push deliberately into your line, then retrace after a path is created for the blade to follow.

I cut the top first, creased it and snapped it. Followed a line on each side and popped those off. The inners are easy when you can see all the clips.
