Flares have been chopped for a while now, and I finally got around to installing a set of 3/4" amber LED marker lights in the wheel wells. I had the OEM assembly bolted into place, but it looked ghetto and would have gotten smashed while flexing off road. These lights look great. Got them from Poison Spyder.

thx for the writeup! been chopped for a while... adding my marker solution (led's from napa - bolts into an existing hole in the body)

Anyone know how they hold against snow and cold? Thats really my only concern as im from chicago and we get some crazy weather here. Planning on getting the materials before hand before I dive into this.

And what else besides a air chisel can I use, I dont have an air compressor?

Thanks for the write up! Much to my wife's demise, I think I may knock this out today. Hopefully it'll grow on her. Going out now to grab materials.
