Just got done!
I LOVE IT!!! THANKS RED!!!!
I did it all by my lonesome, cause my son ditched me (typical 13 year old), to go hang with his friend. It took me about 4 1/2 hours with all the sanding. After I cut the fenders, I used a palm sander with 50 grit to shape the fenders a little more. Let me know what you think!

When you said you went a little crazy, I didn't expect that lol.
I think you went with the G-string version of the Reds fender trim! lol I like em! looks really aggressive!

As far as smoothing the edges can you not do it just like you would when cutting atv plastics? We have always used a torch (gently of course) and the cuts always look like factory cuts when we are done. Wonder if it would make a difference beings as these fenders are textured? Sorry if someone already suggested this.
