Default any down side?

How are the fenders at highway speeds? It seems cutting away all the support/ridgedness out of the fenders would cause them to flap in the wind at high speeds...

anything you guys don't like about having trimmed yours??

I will be honest with you and others feel free to chime in!

I see no difference at all except they look alot better!!

Some people who didn't follow my line and leave a slight curve in the fender I am sure have a little wobble but if you follow my guide they are just as sturdy as stock.

I do have to put a little super glue on one of the fenders door trim every couple of months, either someone pulls on one or a tree catches the edge of the door trim or it just wears out, and it is different fenders every time so the super glue lasts a long time to keep the door trim on.

I have no regrets and they seem to act just like stock, someone else chime in and say your feelings on the mod months later!

Red

good luck to those who want to try it and thanks to those of you who have put "Red's trimmed fenders" in your signature - that is a real honor and a compliment!!!

I really have had a lot of positive comments from the trim. I have not lifted yet, and the 35s don't rub. 3 in. lift coming up next. Thanks again Red for the freind invite.

Red, I took a torch to edge and it finished up slick, and put on the stubbys today.
