I chopped my fenders 2 days ago using this write-up. It turned out great. On the front fenders I made a straight line like R1CH did (@ a little less than 45 degrees), but also left a tiny lip on the side edges like Red did. This should help with water coming in when riding around with no doors, but still kept a really aggressive look. The only place I deviated from the write-up is that I used a sawzall on the under guard instead of snips. I put a really fine blade on it and it went right through. I will post pictures soon. Thanks for the great write-up

That Looks great!...I have been wanting to do mods to my JK, but been tight on cash....but with mods like the fender trim and stubby bumper mod, It will make the JK look great at practically costing nothing!....Great Job!
