Rancho Oil Pan Skid Installation:
Here are the instructions, I am shocked how there are no bolts (held on by silicone) and it came bright red just like the show pics. Will see how it holds up: thinking:

Not sure about silicone, but some similarly applied adhesives will bond strong enough to hold that on forever. And no bolt heads to catch you up on....but how would you get it off if you needed too?

hey armycop can you tell how much clearence it leaves between the pan and the plate? just wondering how far you can dent that in before it hits the oil pan....also do you think those straight edges could dig into the lip of the oil pan if the skid is hit hard enough?

i had a similiar pan on my yj, it was made by turbocity and was just siliconed on, worked real well, only issue is after a hard hit to the pan, it was loose and silicone needed to be re-applied
