ya my welds didn't turn out like that
every time the cooling was going on kids would play with the knobs on the welder .....yes it was locked out from electrical

took forever to get setting back to where they needed to be. none the less mine are on not pretty but the penetration is there.

did i mention that is a nice weld

The inner C's can bend and even break under hard wheelin conditions. Normally there will be a change in camber if they are bent. I also welded the uppers in sections to avoid overheating. Adam

I bought the ORE gussets, and will install them when I change gears & shafts, but their instructions mention removing the ball joints... My local mechanic says that if they're removed, they have to be replaced. New ball joints are $66.55 ea from moparpartsamerica. Are people installing these gussets replacing their ball joints, or re-using the old ones?
