This is a pic before the last coat. Lightened it up a bit and think it looks great. Charcoal Gray.

OK - I have finished scraping all of the sound deadener out (cordless Craftsman scraper worked great). My question is, what are you all doing about the factory material on the seams? Does the texture of the Raptor cover it, or are you sanding it down?

Thanks!

I didn't pull it up on mine. You can see it... but its not an eye sore like I thought it might have been.
But if you do pull it up, you will still need to reseal those seams.

Do I need to disconnect the battery before pulling the drivers seat out?

Yes, before both front seats.

Take the cans and get them tinted at an automotive paint shop. I used a 12 gallon and it worked great but others have used much smaller if I remember right

When I did mine with the tint I went to a local Napa store and gave them the paint code that I got from the dealership and they were able to mix it up for me

You can go to any auto paint store and get the base paint. The base paint to use is a non-binding automotive paint which was about $30 for a pint of it.
