Just be flattered he used your picture. It's not like he stole a prize winning photo or anything. Would always be nice if he asked though. I give him kuddos for lowering the shipping a couple of bucks. He didn't have to do that.
I was totally kidding.... seriously though, the solution worked out for me, and if he gets additional sales from you guys, then more power to him.

Some of my kayaking friends have built boats using CLC's kits, and they're a quality company, with quality people. I'm happy to see a small business like them make a buck. Now if it was Walmart....

I used the screw that was there, and there's a really wide washer on it (3/4"). There is no pre-existing hole in the webbing, so you have to drill...

For me, even if the handles last for two years and need to be replaced, I'll consider it money and time well spent.

Got mine today, and installed them in less than 30 minutes.
Here is the finished product. That was a great find farbuckle. Shipping was 4.05 for me as well.

I was going to ask that too. I was going to get the mastercraft ones as they look similar from what I can tell in small pictures.

I bought them at a local Jeep parts store. They were in a clear plastic bag with a price tag on them, but no labelling. I called the store, and they said they get them from http://www.omix-ada.com/. Hope that helps.
They look like the Mastercraft handles from photos I have seen, but I can't say for sure because nobody here owns any that I can tell. They look similar to the Mopar handles as well, they just don't say "Jeep" on them.

I've got the Mastercraft grab handles and these ones look identical. I put in an order yesterday, so we will have to wait and see.

I just ordered the mastercraft ones from Dave at Northridge. The mastercraft are $10 more than most of the brands. $39 for two. The ones pictured above look the same as the ones Quadretec carry for $29. I just like ordering from Northridge because I get good customer service from Dave. That is worth it to me, and what the heck they will have the Mastercraft Logo on them, which I don't really care one way or the other. He also had another item in stock that I wanted.

Nice find. Just ordered my set. Now I just need my front set. Any place to order them on line?

On edit: I looked on the Online stoor mentioned above and could not find them there.

Jeff
