Just purchased 5 grab handles for $22.00 shipped. Got them from Strapworks.com. search for: Thermo-plastic Handle on 1in Black Tubular Nylon Webbing
Same product OP posted except half the price.
Edit - Just got my handles in today. took 4 days to get them with basic shipping. Confirmed exact same product has OP posted.

To put a hole in the webbing, just heat a bolt up nice and hot and press it into the webbing, it will burn a hole that is self healed, then you can bolt it up to the soundbar.
