Thanks for the multiple suggestions on getting decals off
It was 15 F out this AM and probably about 25 in our garage so the sun method would not work.
I borrowed my daughter's hairdryer, NOT my wife's, and after just a few minutes with trimmed finger nails
I had the dealer sticker and the "X" stickers off.
Little bit off Goo Gone and the glues was gone, then a bit of wax...
Nice nice
I'm still debating on whether to take off the "wrangler" and "unlimited" stickers.
They are grey and I got the JK stickers in black as I intend to get all
black wheels and 33s soon.

So I know this is an old thread, but it's simply amazing how creatively SMARTA$$ we can be when given the right opportunity....
Still haven't figured out how to get my decals off after reading this, now I'm just ToTaLlYcOnFuSeD!

Instructions for removing decal are located on the back of decal. Please remove decal, read instructions, reapply decal, and remove.

I took my free advertising decal for the dealer off before I drove off the lot. The spare tire cover with the dealers name I asked them where the dumpster was....they took it from my hands instead, and the rubicon I modified a little since there is another exact match comin to town.
Little elbow grease and some goo gone does everything. The "wrangler" is now gone and I am looking for any ideas what to put there.

My method:
- Loan jeep to friend whose car was in the shop
- Friend takes jeep to club and idiot runs into it in parking lot
- Take jeep to repair shop to have side and door fixed
- Ask repair shop to just take all stickers off when they call to say its done but waiting on stickers...

Not exactly sure how this works but a buddy of mine managed to lift an edge and used fishing line under the sticker to peel it off. Although I never saw the process, he told me it worked quite well.
