Got mine done yesterday and tried to help the adhesive by adding some hot glue. Unfortunately most of them had detached by this afternoon

I'm soaking them in wd-40 so I can remove the adhesive pads and redo it with some gorilla glue.

When I did mine, I didn't soak them in WD-40. I just used my thumbs and rolled back the adhesive. They came off pretty easily.

I gave that a try but it was kind of difficult to get everything off on mine. Everything should be back up and tied down by tomorrow.

What is the best glue? I used alcohol, scuffed with sand paper 130 grit and then alcohol. I put 5 min epoxy on the white sticky pads and none of them held Ideas?

Try removing the adhesive pads and gluing straight onto the plastic.

When you use the sandpaper are you just scuffing it or taking a bunch off?

I didn't use sandpaper, but I'd assume just scuff it up.

Grill mod installed today. I picked up a screen door pet guard from the Home Depot on clearance rack. Total cost about $15.00 including paint and tie wraps.
