Breadboard engineering... OH YEAH!

Breadboard is nylon 11mm thick. Cut into 23mm wide pieces and used Sikaflex 221 to secure in place. I can't see this stuff coming unstuck anytime soon.

I'll lay the grille down and then screw self tappers in there with mudguard washers to secure in place.

I'll take some more pics once the sika has dried and it's all screwed up haha

**PS cable ties and blocks are there just to hold it in place while the sika dries.

What is the consensus? Just use the double sided tape on the zip tie blocks or epoxy them in?

Not sure if you've read much of the thread, but the consensus is definitely to epoxy them in. Unless you want to replace the blocks frequently.

I'm doing this mod tomorrow. Very nice!

Yes, use epoxy. You will be happy you did. I just soaked my tie blocks in Goo Gone for a few hours and the adhesive slid right off.
