Finally done
Aluminum gutter sheets, gorilla glue, self-etching primer, satin black paint.

Thanks to all who had input on this clean, easy, and cheap mod.

Next couple days im going to go to Lowes and get what i need for it, although im thinking of painting it Natural Green Pearl so when i bed line my grill it stands out more.

I did mine twice, the first time I used metal, painted it then attatched with the zip blocks with 2 sided tape.
After a few months alot of the zip tie blocks popped off and the grill guard was loose and was starting to rust in some spots.
I redid it with plastic gutter guard and took the 2 sided tape off the zip tie blocks and gorila glued them down.
1st try, lasted about a year.

2nd try, I like it better so far ... been about 6 months.
