I got mine at Lowe's, and it was maybe 2 feet from where the metal gutter guard stuff was that I bought the day before. It comes in a roll. I found it on aisle 19, with the rest of the gutter stuff (some lowe's are numbered the same, some aren't). Unfortunately, I don't have the original wrapper anymore, because it is tied up in my garbage can. However, I do have about 15 feet left, so if you can't find it, PM me and I will mail you the rest. In actuality, that would probably cost close to what it was at the store though, so you'll want to find it where you are.
It does not exist at Home Depot here, I went there first, even though I had seen it at Lowe's the day before.

just found the wj dennis gutter guard online at brands.hardware.com ($5.99)... also ordered 100 black cable ties and 35 black cable tie mounts. with shipping all comes to under $30.

once it comes, i'll install, and upload some pics.

thanks again dr mcninja for the info... looks like a price effective way to create a great mod.

Do use 7 pieces or will it cover two slots?

7 pieces. It might have covered two had I tried, but I went ahead and cut 7 of them. I cut them down to about 3.5 inches or so, because I wanted more room between them to reach the tie blocks. It cuts with ordinary scissors.

Default Aluminum shipped

Thanks to everyone who bought a piece of the extra aluminum I had. All the pieces have been shipped and there are no more.

Good luck with the mods.

Many thanks to Ponpeta for the idea.

Hey that was my idea. Great mod!!!! Thanks for doing the home work for me.
I got my wire mesh from a local hardware store already painted.
Do you have any problems with the glue, on the zip-tie mounts, not holding once it gets cold and wet? So far mine are holding.
