Most of the places you can get it are like metal suppliers...like places that sell the raw materials to make a trailer or a bbq smoker.
try these places and ask where to get it...you only need about a 1/4 sheet but might have to buy a 1/2 sheet these are local to you

Hey guys a lot of the blocks keep coming off. Any suggestions on what type of adhesive to use to keep those zip tie blocks down?

A two part epoxy seems to work really well. Just make sure you take the foam adhesive backing off of the tab first.

I've it at one or two Home Depots, if you can't find it there you can look online. I got circular punched aluminum from mcmaster.com. It's a little more expensive doing it that way, but you can get something that is really custom.

Gorilla Glue works like a charm. Soak the blocks in alcohol or Goo-gone to remove the sticky pads before you do the mod, then use the Gorilla. MUCH better.

Ok I think thats my problem. I had put it on once just using the sticky pads on the bottom of the blocks. Of course those decided to come off (even after cleaning the grill with alcohol). After that I tried the Epoxy but it seemed that only one of the two parts would come out of the tube. After using that they still came off. I'm not sure if its because I only used one part of the epoxy glue or because I left the adhesive pads on the blocks. I will take off the adhesive and reglue it with either the epoxy or gorilla glue and see what happens

I too had to use gorilla glue to hold the zip tie anchors on. The sticky pads don't hold.
