Grill Mod

Where can I find this?
HI -
I really like this Grill Mod, sent PM to the guy (he's from Japan) who posted the original pic but no reply since...
If someone here can help me to find these, it would be very great.
I have just ordered a new Stone White 2010 JK and think this would be the perfect match!

i have all the stuff to do this but the jeep. i opted for the gutter guard and doing it in 7 pieces. can anyone tell me how wide and long to cut each strip? i would be fine but i don't have the jeep yet and want to go ahead and cut and paint the mesh. thanks and i went through 35 pages but did not see a answer in those pages other than someone said 15" long. is that right and how wide are they then?

Okay, I am not mechanically inclined in any way; but seeing this mod I had to do it. It is only temporary until I can get a full sheet of expanded aluminum, but what the hell. I had to overlap one piece over the other in the corner: how sad is that? LOL

The width gives plenty of overlap between pieces which allowed me to double loop each piece kinda sewing them together with one zip tie at each anchor point.

I recommend soaking those zip strip tabs in Goo Gone Extreme 5-10 minutes and taking off the adhesive pads completely, they will fail eventually. You can tear them off in pieces by hand so how do you think a 70 mph wind forced on them over sustained periods of weather changes are going to affect them?
Use plastic rated epoxy to direct mount the tabs to the grill after a good cleaning with alcohol. Be sure to mix the epoxy well and don't try to do all 30 or so tabs at once work in groups of 4 so the epoxy doesn't set on you.
do it right the first time and you won't be fixing it later.

I stopped by Home Depot tonight to pick up everything to do this mod. The only thing they had were the gutter guards in individual pieces. Where are you guys finding the larger pieces of mesh to do this mod? I would prefer to use one piece of metal.

Did this mod this weekend, got:
Got the sheet, cut it up, painted it with 4 coats, attached it with the zip ties, and that was it.
Recommendation: when tying up the zips, lay the grill down and bend your zip ties into a "U" form so that they go in through the mesh, through the zip holders, and back out the mesh for zipping.
Got some leftover mesh if anyone is interested, will give it out for free just pay for shipping. Thanks! EDIT: no more leftovers sorry.
Sorry this is the worst picture but that's all I have :S
- Gutter gard sheet metal from HomeDepot
- Zip Ties from HD (box of 100, needed about 25) -> use fluorescent colors makes it easier to see
- Zip ties holder from HD ($5) 30
- 1 Dremmel for cutting sheet
- Duplicolor Truck Bed Liner from Advance AutoParts ($9)
