Did the gutter guard inserts with the 5 min epoxy and cable ties/squares. Then lined the whole thing.

Ditto on the 3M double sided decal tape. The stuff that comes on the blocks just isn't strong enough.

I really like the look of the perforated stainless steel, and picked some up. Are there any tricks to getting the nice sharp bends when making the folds in the steel to match up to the template?

I'm using Mcmaster Carr part #9344T51. Its a 20 gua. aluminum panel with 1/4" x 1/2" diamond pattern in it, its considered a "decorative" panel. Be sure to check out he other patterns they have as well.

The 20 gua. cuts really easy with tin snips, wont rust, and bends easily too if you want to use the non zip tie method.

Anybody have any pics of the other patterns (other than diamonds) used?

I have enough material left over for either method. Email me.

How about a pick with the grill on?

Also, where are you all finding this good mesh material? I went to Home Depot, Lowes and OSH and none of them seemed to have the right stuff. I ended up using one of those reinforcing pieces from a screen door to keep pets from running through the door lol
