Good luck!!
See, the thing is, I live in S.Korea. So, It's not like I can go down the street to Lowe's or Home Depot...I've got to order everything I need online. This has been the way I have to get everything for my Jeep...If they don't ship to "APO's", I aint getting it...Kinda sux but that's the way it is.

Thx,
Tony

I saw this today and I think its great. I was wondering if anyone has used 3M Yellow weatherstrip adheasive? I used to use it on valve cover gaskets. I would glue the gasket on the cover and still be able to keep the gasket from buldging out and leaking. Anyway, I was thinking of useing this stuff. It sticks to everything, and is heat resistant, then use smaller GA aluminum wire to hold it to the tabs, that way the zip ties wont bake so fast.

did you use the 5 minute epoxy? That stuff is incredible. I still like the method of a solid piece of stainless on the radiator, just looks easier for one thing once the pattern is made.

What was your method of attaching? Zip ties and blocks?
What silver metallic paint did you use?

Thanks
Zip ties and blocks (blocks secured with PL construction adhesive but if I were to do it again I'd use gorilla glue)

Paint is Rustoleum 7271 Silver Metalic which looks like an identical match for this application. But I would not go touching up body parts with it

yeah saw these last Sat with the stick on ziptie holders, they were all off on the guys JK, definitely like the one solid piece molded/mounted to the rad better.

$49 is a bit steep don't ya think? You could at least make it free shipping! $49for the "kit" plus $10 for black plus $10 for shipping equals $69 for seven pieces of gutter guard, some tie blocks and zips ties??? But hey I have seen people spend their money on dumber shit!

I hope you sell a bunch of them...good luck!

I wonder if that dude selling those on ebay is a member here???

Did you go to "View seller's other items"....thats all he's selln'.

There are plenty of overpriced "mods" out there...the Outlaw mirrors for $129, the Bestop Hood applique--rediculous at any price (no offense to megatron), $500-$600 cat back exhaust systems that basically just replace the muffler (in the stock location too), all of the chrome accessories (bling bling costs cha-ching)....
