You are correct rooster about the breather under the engine cover being for the T-case as i have traced it when I extended all mine. The only thing I did different was I ran my rear breather the whole way up under the hood right beside the T-case breather.

Happened to of read the write up this morning... then later on had to run to Advance Auto for a pair of headlight bulbs; and couldn't help but pick up the parts I needed to do this while I was there.

Thanks for the great write up, heading out to the garage shortly to install!

I would guess so. They are a bit hidden on the USA model. With the pictures as reference you should be able to tell pretty quickly. Please post an update it would be interesting to know.

That's cool. Hopefully the pictures and video will help. I guess it would be nice to know that you have everything you need before starting. Being a cheap ass myself, it seems like you could just buy the tubing and connectors for half the price or less and run it into the air box. If your running a snorkel and/or are going to seal your air box drain holes with RTV silicone, I would look into getting a duckbill drain plug as shown in this thread https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-w...-drain-249620/

Awesome, thanks for confirming that.

I'm glad I got you stoked to do it. It was a fun little mod.

If you need a backup set of headlights or haven't put those in yet, you can get some Philips X-treme Power +80 H13 9008 for $21 a pair after $10 rebate on Amazon (through halloween). They are a nice mild upgrade to the stock lights. Mostly in the whiter color and a bit more fill in front and to the side of the Jeep.

Thanks for the tip - now that it's getting dark earlier I was realizing more and more just how dull the stocks really were. I ended up buying a pair of Sylvania ZXE's that they had on sale for $49.99 for the pair; not quite as good of a deal as the above, but they did make a very noticeable improvement.

(and I apologize for the brief light bulb thread hijack)

The link doesn't show up on the "moble" amazon site for phones. It has a link right next to the price to "get forms." on the standard web desktop site. Heres the link to the rebate EDIT the link didn't work the first time (I think it might work now). If your having problems. If your on a phone see if you can pull up the desktop version, or use a laptop or desktop computer to see the link. The amazon page is "Philips H13 9008 X-treme Power Headlight Bulb, Pack of 2". Good Luck

Hi Rooster
i've checked all the locations of breather hose today
i founded three of them, rear axle, front axle, tcase breather hose which is located on the surface of plastic engine cover but im not sure if it is tcase hose or auto transmission hose.
i can not find the auto transmission's breather hose
would you help me to find the auto transmission hose?
