It works great with a hand wash but every time I hit the car wash I get home and have to wash the doors again due to streaks.

I cant believe I just read all 46 pages of this over two tiny little holes. Oh well i am drilling mine when I get home. Sweet idea and i wish I would have found this thread earlier.

ended up using a 1/8th bit. drained in about 15 seconds after washing it and then drilling the holes.

When I got my 09 on Friday, nothing, looked today, a white crusty looking drip was under the mirror. Will be either notching the rubber seal or drilling this weekend.
