Take the mirror of using the two torx bolts on the door. Maybe your gasket is folded over inside.

Drilled mine, nothing came out. But, I've only washed the thing like 3 times and I live in SOCal....so, no rain.

I just did it last weekend. The hardest part was to get the drill press to stay square to the side of the truck.

I am not sure why I waited so long to do this. I did this today and I pulled the Jeep out of the garage just to fill the mirrors up and test it out. I was outside for like 20 minutes filling them up and watching it pee out. Then I had to go inside and pee myself
